Crown Chakra – Blissful existence

A warm welcome to all of you.I am Arunima, an energy healer/reiki practioner from Pune, India. In this post we are going to talk about Chakra system and Healing through reiki.

 In the history of evolution, Human being is one of the most evolved of living things. The thing that made us most evolved was the development of our brain over the ages which made Human being one of the most powerful creatures on this Earth. The one thing which made us superior; our brain is one of the most important and complex organs of our body. Its functions are not limited to physical but lead us into the esoteric world of imagination, creativity, dreams and spiritualism. 

The brain is connected to the uppermost Chakra ; The Crown Chakra. It is the seventh of the system and is also known as Sahasrar Chakra. Sahasrar means thousand in Sanskrit, which is appropriate word for functions of brain. Crown Chakra controls wisdom, intelligence and connects us to spiritual self.

It is here that the Spiritual journey ends as an individual or we can say it is the start of spiritual journey with the Supreme Supernatural power. This journey to become ‘Ekakar’ (to become one) with the Supreme Supernatural power starts from this Chakra. It has no sense assigned as its development takes us above the senses. All the feelings of ego, clashes, sadness, happiness, joy, laughter is all left behind. Making it understand is difficult and to develop this Chakra is also difficult as it requires us to be balanced in all other Chakras.

Blockage in Crown Chakra causes various problems like mental problems, lack of direction in life, depression which is one of the major problems that plagues the world. Loneliness is another problem which is faced when Crown Chakra is imbalanced. Loneliness many a times leads to depression and depression cuts off socially leading to more loneliness creating a vicious cycle. 

Crown Chakra blockage and imbalance reasons are a bit complicated to understand as the reasons which cause blockage are also the results of blockage. For example:  Escapism or not living in reality can be the cause and also result of blockage. This forms an unending cycle of cause and effects thus making it difficult to end it.

Crown Chakra can be unblocked and balanced by regular detoxification of mind, body and soul. Spiritual practices like meditation and Reiki/Energy healing are good ways to do that. An Energy Healer such as Omni Healer does this by channelizing positive vibes in a person in an effective manner through Touch Healing or Distance Healing. It is an effortless alternative as the healee is relaxed while healer performs healing.

Third eye Chakra – Seat of Intuition

Many of us have seen movies on Intuition, Premonition where the main character knows beforehand about certain events. Those movies are fun to watch but what if we develop same kind of power. Yes, power being the right word because we cannot essentially stop those events from happening but we can certainly prepare ourselves for what is about to happen. All intuitions are not bad and need an acute understanding of our innermost thoughts. 

Intuitions are developed by development of the sixth of the Chakras, the Third eye Chakra. It is also known as Agya Chakra in Sanskrit. Other than Intuition, it also controls Mental Health of a person and Psychological state is also related to this Chakra. Mental Health includes a lot of significant facets of Human Consciousness.

A balanced Third eye Chakra will also help us become strong enough to handle terrible Intuitions. For having any kind of Intuitions a balanced Third eye Chakra is required because Intuitions are very subtle and quick and we need to know the difference between created thought (consciously or unconsciously)and actual Intuition.

An imbalanced Third eye Chakra will lead to mental problems like bi-polar disorders, mental instability etc. An overactive Third eye Chakra will lead to Insomnia, night mares etc. All these conditions related to imbalanced and blocked Third eye Chakras will lead to a life of misery for ourselves. Loved ones will also suffer as they are the ones who take care during these difficult times.

Meditation is one of the best therapies to balance and unblock Third eye Chakra. But often, people with problems in this Chakra will not be in a mental condition to start meditation and be consistent in its practice. Energy Healing will be the best way to prepare the mind to receive positivity which in turn will prepare it to do further practices that will heal it.
